zinWorks Studios has released a new school and zombie themed tower defense game on Android. ZombiED has players set up towers to defend their school and the world from a zombie outbreak that threatens to decimate society.
Playable offline, the game features a school themed interface, complete with paperclips, sketches and “hand drawn” UI elements. Players will need to defend 13 unique levels, including the cafeteria, auditorium, parking lot, gym and more from a relentless zombie onslaught. Those who prefer their zombie onslaughts to be a little less relentless will be happy to know that the game features multiple difficulty levels.
To defend their school players will be able to purchase and set up a range of school related towers that aim to
educate eradicate the oncoming zombies. That might mean shooting pencils, using laser pens, or blasting tennis balls at waves of enemies.
As far as the game’s undead enemies go, the game promises more than 20 different types of zombies to defend against. That includes fast moving zombies, more hardy zombies, zombie cheerleaders, zombie cafeteria workers, and more.
