Snapbreak Games, the publisher of Pine Studio’s popular Faraway series as well as a few other escape-style adventure games has launched a new puzzle adventure game on Android and iOS. Through Abandoned offers gamers three chapters of puzzle-solving spread across three different locations.
Developed by Igor Krutov, Through Abandoned is a point and click puzzle adventure game that tasks players with exploring an underground city, a forest, and an underground bunker as they search for their twin brother. In typical point and click adventure style, players will need to use clues from the environment to figure out what to do next, where to find certain objects, and how to use the tools at their disposal to advance.
As with many similar puzzle adventure titles, Through Abandoned is light on narrative and any sort of dialogue or text. Instead the focus is on the puzzles and figuring out where to go next and which switch, panel, button, or door will get you closer to the current objective.
Through Abandoned is free to try and the full game can be unlocked via in app purchases. Here is an excerpt from the game’s description and a trailer with more information:
- Journey through mysterious places in search of your lost twin brother.
