Nearly 3 months after its iOS release, The Room: Old Sins is now available on Android. The fourth game in the popular puzzle series offers much of what made the first three titles in the series so popular.
Old Sins centers around the mysterious disappearance of an engineer and tasks players to uncover clues, solve puzzles, and explore their environment as they progress through the game. That means lots of different tactile puzzles as players look through rooms in order to find clues about how to proceed and where the next puzzle is located. As with previous games in the series, players will need to look closely at their environment and the items they discover to discover the game’s secrets.
The Room: Old Sins was originally launched on iOS on January 25th, 2018, where it currently holds a 4.9 user rating. The transition to Android took a little longer than expected due to the need for more extensive testing and the discovery of bugs that became apparent after the game’s iOS launch. Developer Fireproof Games launched a beta test for the game earlier this month with a limited number of openings.
The Room: Old Sins is $4.99 and does not contain any ads or in app purchases. Here is an excerpt from the game’s description and a trailer with more information:
