“Pooka: Magic and Mischief” Offers a Dose of Creature Customization

Holbrand and Kiss Ltd have released their new creature customization focused action adventure game Pooka: Magic and Mischief on Android and iOS. Players customize their creature, or Pooka, different body parts and patterns as they explore the game’s large levels. The customization interface will instantly feel familiar to players who are familiar with the Spore franchise. Players can level up, craft new Pooka parts, and improve their Pooka’s magical capabilities as they progress and try to save the world from toxic gloom. Movement is done by simply tapping where you want to go, and magic is cast using various touch screen gestures. The game also features various social elements, and even promises asynchronous multiplayer. Like the recently released Mille Bornes, this is a game made with younger audiences in mind.
