What better way to celebrate the upcoming release of Dragon Quest XI on PS4 and Steam than to have the monsters of Dragon Quest invade one of Square-Enix’s most popular mobile games. Final Fantasy Brave Exvius players can now encounter some of Dragon Quest’s signature monsters and collect items from the long running RPG series.
FFBE players will be able to take on Golem, Robbin’ ‘Ood, Dragonlord and Orochi, those players who defeat these monsters in raids will earn special tokens that can be exchanged for signature Dragon Quest themed items. As part of the event players will also have a chance to summon Dragonlord, Liquid Metal Slime, Robbin’ ‘Ood, Golem, Killing Machine, and Orochi using the game’s rare summon system.
Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is a gacha RPG that was developed by Gumi Inc. in partnership with Square-Enix. The game lets players collect, gear up, and battle some of the famous characters of the Final Fantasy universe as well as characters original to Brave Exvius. From time to time events such as this one bring in characters from other franchises. FFBE is consistently on the top grossing list in many countries.
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age is coming to the PS4 and PC via Steam on September 4th, 2018. A standalone experience, the game follows the protagonist as he discovers his fate and finds allies to help him on his journey. The turn-based RPG promises over 100 hours of content thanks to a bevy of mini-games and side-quests that augment that game’s story.
