After releasing combination golf-RPG game RPGolf last year, Chorus Worldwide Games is back with another title. The mouthful that is Bertram Fiddle Episode 2: A Bleaker Predicklement is a follow up to Bertram Fiddle: Episode 1 which was released on Android all the way back in 2015.
Like its predecessor, A Bleaker Predicklement is a 2D point and click (or tap) adventure game with a dose of puzzles. As with the recently released AntiHero, A Bleaker Predicklement puts players in the Victorian era and has them take a good look at the crime that goes on beneath the surface. Unlike Antihero, this game takes a much more quirky and lighthearted approach to the world.
To celebrate the launch of Bertram Fiddle Episode 2: A Bleaker Predicklement, publisher Chorus Worldwide Games has dropped the price of Bertram Fiddle: Epsiode 1 all the way down to free. So if you’re looking for a 2D point and click adventure game, you can check out episode 1 for free before picking up A Bleaker Predicklement.
Bertram Fiddle Episode 2: A Bleaker Predicklement is $3.99 and does not contain any ads or in app purchases. Here is an excerpt from the game’s description and a trailer with more information:
The year is 1884 and Victorian London is ready for the greatest Adventure ever told.
Part story, part animated cartoon, part puzzle game – A Bleaker Predicklement is a wonder to behold.
Can you solve the puzzles and help Bertram Fiddle finally track down the despicable Geoff the Murderer?
Explore dark alleys, talk to suspicious characters, uncover the evil plot that threatens Victorian London in this comedy murder mystery like no other.
A beautifully animated Adventure Game, fully Voice Acted and filled to the brim with gloriously detailed artwork and terrible, terrible puns.
Inspired by Hammer Horror, Victorian Novels and Monty Python, it may be the most British game ever!
