Bendy is now on Android as Joey Draws Studios launches Bendy in Nightmare Run, a new runner starring the popular horror game character. Bendy in Nightmare Run has players take the role of Bendy, Boris, or Alice as they’re chased by large bosses through a number of different levels.
Described as a ‘boss runner’, the game tasks players with dodging attacks, picking up collectibles, and counter-attacking while running away from the game’s bosses. All of this happens in the game’s grayscale, 1930s cartoon style world.
The game was developed by Karman Interactive and features much of what players might expect from a mobile runner. That includes multiple upgradeable characters, different environments, and a lot of reaction time dependent gameplay.
Bendy In Nightmare Run is based on the popular first person horror game Bendy and the Ink Machine, released last year on PC with a console version of the game currently in the works. The episodic horror game was developed by Joey Draw Studios, the publisher of BINR, and the free first episode currently has 89% positive user reviews on Steam. The game follows Henry as he gets trapped inside the animation studio responsible for creating 1930’s style cartoons based on a character named Bendy, horror ensues.
Bendy in Nightmare Run is free and contains ads and in app purchases. Here’s a trailer with a look at the game.
