This week’s Android new releases include a solid new puzzle game, a visual novel romance, a basketball take on Reigns, and more zombie killing. The first on this week’s list of new Android games is a new puzzle game from makers of Zenge and Hook. PUSH has players push every button they can in order to finish each of the game’s levels. The challenge lies in the finding of all of the buttons, which will require rotating objects, pulling levers, and whatever else the game throws at you. Without any sort of score, goals, or objectives beyond finishing each level, this is a game that is meant to be a relaxing brain teaser that’s played at its own pace. Darts of Fury
Darts of Fury is a new head to head darts game from the studio behind the popular Table Tennis Touch. DoF features online multiplayer matches where players compete to be the first one to get to zero in the game’s Tower of X01 mode, the game’s version of traditional darts. As players progress they can level up to unlock new darts and flights, and progress through the game’s leagues. Darts of Fury is free to play and contains ads and in app purchases.
Love You to Bits
Alike Studio and Pati.io’s collaboration Love You to Bits is now available on Android. In Love You To Bits players embark on an adventure as they attempt to help reunite space explorer Kosmo with his robot girlfriend Nova. To do that Kosmo will need to search the universe for bits and pieces of Nova and attempt to put her back together. The game has incredibly cute and crisp 2D graphics to go along with a variety of puzzles to solve and levels to traverse. Love You to Bits is $3.99 and does not contain any ads or in app purchases.
Basketball Coach RPG
Just in time for the tip-off of the 2017 NBA season, developer Either or Games (EOG) has released Basketball Coach RPG. This Reigns-like game lets players decide how their team is run and build relationships with staff, family, acquaintances and even your dog by swiping left or right when making decisions. Dead Rain: New Zombie Virus
Because no week would be complete without some zombie action, developer Tiny Devbox has released Dead Rain: New Zombie Virus. The world of Dead Rain is in a bad shape, with endless rain, trees that won’t stop growing, and a virus that turns people into zombies. So what’s a player to do but go through the game’s levels killing zombies? Dead Rain is $1.99 and contains ads and in app purchases.
Players take the role of little red riding hood as she travels through a dark forest in this runner. Red Cape has players jump and use Red’s orbiting weapons to avoid or destroy enemies and obstacles as they run to grandma’s house, collecting lost souls along the way. Game of Thrones: Conquest
Game of Thrones: Conquest had its global launch this week after a soft launch period. Players build their own castle and control their armies in this mobile strategy games. Game of Thrones: Conquest is free to play and contains in app purchases. This is definitely not the most original of the new Android games on this list. Sticky Rice Games has released romance visual novel Wild Romance on Android. Players take on the role of protagonist Kazuma who returns to his hometown in the countryside after his time in Tokyo. After reconnecting with his female classmates, he discovers they are actually magical animal spirits. A visual novel with cat, fox and tanuki girls ensues. Wild Romance is free to try and has an in app purchase to unlock the full game.
This Clash Royale-like game features a variety of cute animal creatures that, with the player’s help, are attempting to destroy their opponent’s base. Like most Clash Royale-likes, this game features a variety of creatures that can all be powered up and then taken to battle. Players must decide where and when to spawn their units so as to best utilize their available energy reserves.
Hex Commander: Fantasy Heroes
The last of this week’s new Android games is Hex Commander, a turn based strategy game with a medieval fantasy setting as players take part in a war be humans, orcs, elves and dwarfs. Users move their units on along a hexagonal grid as they take advantage of the terrain, buildings, and their own strategy in order to defeat their enemies.
