What is Trivia Crack Heroes?

If Tom Clancy’s Shadowbreak is Clash Royale with snipers, then Trivia Crack Heroes is Clash Royale with trivia. Once you enter one of the game’s player versus player matches, you need to summon heroes in one of the game’s two lanes in order to attack your opponent’s core. The first player to destroy their opponent’s core wins. The twist here is that while playing you will regularly be asked trivia questions. Each correct answer restores some of your energy which you can use to summon more heroes. Furthermore, because the next question doesn’t appear until a certain amount of time after you give an answer to the current one, being quick with your answers makes a big difference. Outside of PVP matches and a practice mode, there isn’t much here. You can change your hero loadout, or level them up using the game’s chest & card system.

Recommendation

At the moment, there is not a lot here to recommend right now. The addition of trivia questions may give the game an interesting twist, but it also takes up a lot of screen space, making for visually unappealing game. The game also lacks a lot of the strategic choices of Clash Royale and games that have attempted to emulate it. Moreover, there’s just not enough content at this time, with no group options, private matches, or anything else outside of the core matches. That being said, this is a game that is still in early-access, and more features and content should be expected in the future. The recommendation here is to wait until the game is out of early-access and see how it looks then.
